Key Responsibilities

The role, based in Hungary – the Eastern part (Ideal location Budapest, Eger, Kecskemet), comes with an attractive salary & benefits package.

  • Person, who mainly likes and enjoys field sales, training people in the field as you will spend most of the time in the field. You will also be responsible for managing remote sales agents with good knowledge of B2B business and technical background.
  • As part of our training, you will be field selling for the first 6 months.

Responsible for managing and developing MAINTENANCE division within Eastern part of Hungary including management and support for existing and new account customers.

  • Leadership, management and development of our current sales reps
  • Implementation of technical and sales training modules
  • Maintain a robust funnel capable of delivering incremental revenue; retain and grow existing strategic accounts within the Maintenance portfolio
  • Responsibility for realization of goals and tasks from particular areas
  • Solving technical, organizational and personnel problems
  • Implementation of technical and sales training modules.
  • Develop effective relationships with decision makers and executives at both new and existing customer accounts and meet Annual Sales Goals.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Fluent Hungarian and English
  • Min of 5 years management experience
  • Experience with training people in the field
  • Higher education
