Key Responsibilities
- collecting cash in line with agreed cash collection strategies
- liaising with Cash apps to confirm customer payments and correct allocations
- maintaining the accounts receivable ledger
- submitting legal claim against a debtor
- managing credit holds on orders available for shipment
- working within agreed credit limits
- liaising with internal departments to ensure maximum customer experience
- working within agreed credit control procedures
- managing accounts receivable problems with internal and external customers
- customer account reconciliations
- send out client statements / letters
- other duties as delegated within AR field
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- knowledge of European Credit Control and Collection
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- credit control and/or any finance related experience
- fluency in written and spoken English and native level of Polish language
- the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- eager to learn and develop in the role
- good attention to detail and proven analysis skills
- intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills (especially MS Excel)
- experiences with using Oracle Database will be a great advantage
