*who is potentially interested to build sales management career in lubrication product line in an international company in the near future,
*independence, communication, focus on finding solutions,
*readiness to work under time and task pressure,
*internal motivation and dynamism in activities,
*good computer skills,
*category B driving license, ready to work in the field,
*experience in sales is a plus,
*advance Level of English Speaking is a must,
*familiar with working targets and reporting annual-monthly - weekly evaluations to direct reports,
*willing to teach and train others for team building.
