*willing to be working in the field 90% of the time selling and training,
*ability to negotiate and build long-term relationships with the client,
*has min of 3YR experience in sales business life and looking for further opportunities in the career,
*with technical education, ideally wastewater technologies or related subjects (environmental etc.)
*who is potentially interested to build sales management career in wastewater treatment product line in an international company in the near future,
*independence, communication, focus on finding solutions,
*readiness to work under time and task pressure,
*internal motivation and dynamism in activities,
*good computer skills,
*category B driving license, ready to work in the field,
*advance level of English speaking is a must,
*familiar with working targets and reporting annual-monthly - weekly evaluations to direct reports,
*willing to teach and train others for team building.

*Develop and maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge of Waste Water/Biological products,

*develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements,
*support the achievement of revenue growth plans; monitor results and help address issues and concerns that impede positive results,
*utilise approved CRM systems to manage the sales process and sales funnel as directed by the Sales Director,
*supporting and motivating sales representatives,
*taking actions to increase sales and optimize achieved results,
*hiring new sales reps,
*support of representatives in the process of negotiations with clients.
