Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"755\">chiller condenser approach temperatures climbed<\/strong>, leading to <strong data-start=\"768\" data-end=\"811\">higher-than-expected energy consumption<\/strong> and increased operational costs.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"title-text-block secondaryChemAqua paddingTopXSmall paddingBottomXSmall\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <h4 class=\"heading-4 text-secondaryChemAqua\">Proposed State and Justification (Recommendation)<\/h4>        <p data-start=\"244\" data-end=\"405\">The objective was to <strong data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"321\">restore the system to its original design parameters<\/strong>, reducing <strong data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"354\">energy consumption<\/strong> and ensuring <strong data-start=\"368\" data-end=\"402\">optimal operational efficiency<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"586\">To achieve this, <strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"479\">Chem-Aqua recommended a full system clean and flush<\/strong>, incorporating its <strong data-start=\"499\" data-end=\"539\">patented biofilm disruptor, bioeXile<\/strong>, alongside a tailored <strong data-start=\"562\" data-end=\"583\">biocide programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"title-text-block secondaryChemAqua paddingTopXSmall paddingBottomXSmall\">\n    <div class=\"container\">\n        <h4 class=\"heading-4 text-secondaryChemAqua\">Corrective Actions<\/h4>        <ul data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"1175\">\n<li data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"771\">The system was <strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"657\">dosed with bioeXile<\/strong>, circulating through <strong data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"707\">all piping cleaned, and disinfected<\/strong> before system start-up.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"997\" data-end=\"1175\"><strong data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1039\">Engineering and operational controls<\/strong> were implemented <strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1095\">in collaboration with the customer<\/strong> to manage <strong data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1119\">dead legs<\/strong> and ensure
