Recognising the importance of selling innovative, high quality and effective solutions first requires an understanding of our customers operations and needs. NCH Europe has developed its Leadership Effectiveness Accelerated Programme (LEAP), which is designed to build both sales and management capabilities, in its pursuit to develop tomorrow’s leaders.
What can you expect from LEAP?
Over the course of the accelerated 30 months development programme, participants will be exposed to a variety of training modules and field based projects within sales, supply chain, product innovation, finance through to general operational management and people development to ensure that they become successful Regional Sales Managers, with the ability to go on to become country managers and the leaders of tomorrow. LEAP also offers its participants blended learning opportunities that range from on-going mentoring to group development programmes that push cross boundary relationships to mould a truly integrated network of sales professionals.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for self-motivated people who are passionate about sales and able to demonstrate initiative and resilience in a sales environment.
To be eligible to join this programme you need two to three years sales experience in a business to business, contracting sales environment with a successful and consistent sales track record. You must also be fluent in the native language of the country you wish to work in, as well as in English.
You should hold a Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in a Business, Science or Engineering discipline.
